Mr. Wolf has over 23 years of experience in the commercial aviation leasing industry. Mr. Wolf co-founded Aviator in connection with the launch of Aviator’s pooled investment funds. He is responsible for all portfolio decisions, assisting in the day-to-day management of the company, lease structuring, financing arrangements, and joint venture partnerships. Mr. Wolf is based in Aviator’s Miami office.

Mr. Reiter has over 35 years of experience in the commercial aviation leasing industry. Mr. Reiter co-founded Aviator in connection with the launch of Aviator’s pooled investment funds. He is responsible for all day-to-day portfolio management of assets, aircraft leasing, monitoring, re-leasing, and disposition. Mr. Reiter is based in Aviator’s Miami office.

Mr. Fitzgibbons has over 22 years of professional experience in capital markets and transaction advisory services. Since joining Aviator in 2013, Mr. Fitzgibbons has been responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Aviator’s pooled investment funds. Mr. Fitzgibbons is based in Aviator’s Miami office.

Ms. Ovies is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida with over 30 years of experience in both private and public accounting, as well as business management. Ms. Ovies is responsible for managing Aviator’s day-to-day financials, production of periodic financial reports, and system of accounting records and operations. Ms. Ovies is based in Aviator’s Miami office.

Mr. Kearney has over 50 years of experience in various roles in the aviation industry. Mr. Kearney is responsible for generating and developing transaction opportunities and harvesting opportunities for Aviator’s pooled investment funds. Mr. Kearney is based in Aviator’s Miami office.

Mr. Reiter has over 17 years of aircraft leasing and marketing experience. In that time, Mr. Reiter has been directly involved in the acquisition and subsequent management of over 80 aircraft. Mr. Reiter is involved in all aircraft and engine acquisitions by Aviator’s pooled investment funds, and related transactions, including remarketing, back-levering, lease origination, and sales. Mr. Reiter is based in Aviator’s Miami office.

Mr. Reiter has over 13 years of aircraft leasing and marketing experience. Mr. Reiter is directly involved in aircraft and engine acquisitions by Aviator’s pooled investment funds, and related transactions. He is active in all facets of the business, including, deal origination, analysis, technical review, lease origination, lease monitoring, and remarketing. Mr. Reiter is based in Aviator’s Miami office.

Mr. Abramson is involved in all legal and operational aspects of Aviator’s pooled investment funds since joining Aviator in 2015. Mr. Abramson is responsible for day-to-day investor relations, drafting and maintaining fund governing and subscription documents, third-party lending documents, marketing materials, and compliance policies. Mr. Abramson is based in Aviator’s Miami office.

Mr. Mayger has over 30 years of experience in the commercial aviation industry. Mr. Mayger is responsible for day-to-day supervision of technical matters related to assets in the portfolio. Mr. Mayger is based in Aviator’s Miami office.

Mr. Wikowitz has over 30 years of experience in the commercial aviation industry, having worked for OEMs as well as lessors. Immediately prior to joining Aviator in 2020, Mr. Wikowitz worked at Jetstream Aviation Capital. Mr. Wikowitz’s primary responsibilities include the acquisition, management, and disposition of Aviator’s regional aircraft. Mr. Wikowitz is based in Aviator’s Miami office.

Mrs. Christian-Wynter has over 30 years of experience in both private and public accounting. Mrs. Christian-Wynter assists in managing Aviator’s day-to-day financials, production of periodic financial reports, and system of accounting records and operations. Mrs. Christian-Wynter is based in Aviator’s Miami office.

Mrs. Palevska has extensive experience in the aviation industry, having worked for AerCap for eight years prior to joining Aviator in 2019. Mrs. Palevska’s primary responsibilities include managing legal aspects of asset leasing, acquisition, financing, and disposition. Mrs. Palevska works under Aviator’s Dublin office.

Ms. Zhan is a trained Chartered Certified Accountant and qualified tax professional with significant experience in financial accounting, corporate taxation, regulation, and compliance. Ms. Zhan is responsible for managing Aviator Ireland, Limited’s day-to-day financials and operations. Ms. Zhan is based in Aviator’s Dublin office.

Mr. Kelly is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, has over 14 years of experience in finance and accounting, and has thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards. Since joining Aviator in 2019, Mr. Kelly’s responsibilities include hands-on management of all facets of the financial operations of Aviator Ireland, Limited as well as leading the audit and statutory compliance annual process. Mr. Kelly is based in Aviator’s Dublin office.

Ms. Bershova has over five years of experience in the commercial aviation industry. Prior to joining Aviator in 2021, Ms. Bershova worked for Ascend by Cirium. Ms. Bershova’s responsibilities include asset valuation and transaction modeling. Ms. Bershova is based in Aviator’s Dublin office.

Mr. Kahraman has over 20 years of experience in the commercial aviation industry. Mr. Kahraman is responsible for technical aspects of Aviator Ireland, Limited’s business, including day-to-day supervision of technical matters, fleet support, and asset management. Prior to joining Aviator, Mr. Kahraman worked as head of engineering at an airline and with a number of lessors as a technical consultant. Mr. Kahraman is based in Aviator’s Dublin office.

Ms. Nie is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has more than eight years of experience in audit, accounting, finance, and corporate service. Ms. Nie is primarily responsible for the financial reporting and related support activities of Aviator Ireland, Limited as part of the annual external audit and tax statutory compliance cycle. Ms. Nie is based in Aviator’s Dublin office.

Mr. McCormack joined Aviator in 2022, having previously worked for a renowned aircraft leasing company. Mr. McCormack is responsible for all administration matters relating to contact and lease management, filings, and document management. Mr. McCormack is based in Aviator’s Dublin office.
